The 4.25" x 5.75" brochure was created in Adobe InDesign using the FOLDRite Template Master for CS3 Plugin.

Final piece was 25.5"x11" flat, short-folded lengthwise by 1/2" inside to reveal instructions on how to vote for a favorite sculpture online at suwanee.com. A subsequent accordion fold produced 12 panels, two of which have a QR code that leads patrons' smart phones directly to the voting site.
The four-page sponsorship brochure folded to 8.5 x 11" .
